Divisional Marketing
The Student Affairs Marketing & Communications Office strives to offer departments quality services and products while maintaining university brand standards. We also work towards helping the Division uphold its goal of providing effective communication to all stakeholders.
We do our best to have jobs completed for initial review within a two-week period. Small changes and edits to existing pieces may take less time. Pieces are created in the same order that requests are received. In order for pieces to be completed in a timely manner, please know that editing deadlines will be given to the client.
To submit a design request, digital signage graphic, or to receive approval for a design you have created, please complete the corresponding form to the right.
Any marketing materials going to external audiences (e.g., community, businesses, prospective students, etc.) must be submitted to the Office of Public Affairs' Review Hub. Once you have approved the materials, Brock Turnipseed, Student Affairs director of marketing and communication, will submit it to the Hub for final review.
